Don’t think about it for too long but dare to go into the cold water – that’s the rule after a sauna infusion. In the nude pool with cool water, you can experience this wonderful refreshing feeling. If that makes you shiver, choose the gentle option: slowly cool down your body in the natural pond for bathing and Kneipp therapy.

In our tea lounge, small snacks such as dried and fresh seasonal fruit are available, as well as vitamin-rich drinks and aromatic tea variations. Want to take a nap? In our relaxation areas you can rest on daybeds, deck chairs or cuddle in our cozy stone pine nests.
