Guestpass BrixenCard – Your Benefits at a Glance
With the Guestpass BrixenCard, you can use public transport in South Tyrol free of charge during your stay: all regional trains up to Trento, all city and intercity buses, the cable cars to Renon, Meltina, Verano, and Colle, as well as the Renon narrow-gauge railway and the Mendelbahn. In addition, a round trip with PostAuto Switzerland from Malles to Müstair is included. The card must be validated before each journey.
During selected periods, mountain lifts are also included: in the Gitschberg Jochtal area, the Gitschberg-Nesselbahn and Jochtalbahn provide free uphill and downhill rides daily from May 14 to July 10 and from September 6 to November 7, 2026. On Bressanone’s local mountain, the Plose cable car, Monte Fana cable car, and Plancios chairlift are included in the package from May 23 to July 10 and from September 6 to November 1, 2026.
In addition, you receive a 3-hour daily entrance to the Acquarena (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and a reduced entry to the sauna area. Each stay also includes free admission to Bressanone’s museums: Hofburg, Pharmacy Museum, and Neustift Monastery. For city tours, adventure activities, and guided hikes, you benefit from discounted prices.
The Guestpass BrixenCard is not for sale and is issued free of charge at participating partner establishments. It is valid from the day of arrival until the day of departure, personalized, and issued separately for each member of your family or travel group. In addition, numerous bonus partners offer further discounts for your leisure activities.

After receiving our booking confirmation, we ask you to pay a deposit of €300 (for a stay of less than three days) or €800 (for a stay of more than three days) by bank transfer or credit card to the following account:

General Cancellation Conditions
When cancelling the booking prior to departure or premature termination of the booked stay, the following cancellation costs accrue:
- Cancellation up to four weeks before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation within four weeks before arrival: 80 % of the booked stay will be charged
- Cancellation within the last week before arrival: 100 % of the booked stay will be charged
Please note that we can only accept written cancellations.
Cancellation Travel Precaution
Our travel cancellation insurance helps you avoid possible cancellation fees.
For a stay of less than three days, it is €40 per adult, for a stay of more than three days it is €70 per adult. Children are free of charge.
Cancellation protection applies in the event of the occurrence of following events, inter alia (24 hours bevor arrival): illness (medical certificate required) of a family member up to the second degree* and so on. For more information, please send a message or give us a call. We are here for you!
*This includes: Spouse (registered partner, cohabiting partner), children (stepchildren, children-in-law, grandchildren and foster children), parents (step-parents, parents-in-law, grandparents and foster parents), siblings and brother-in-law/sister-in-law of the insured person.
Please pay attention that the insurance can be concluded only together with the deposit payment.
